McCormack Housing is governed by an independent Board and Constitution.

The McCormack Housing Board draws on extensive knowledge and consists of directors with Social Housing expertise, partnership development and financial expertise.

THE BOARD:

James McGinnes

James McGinnes

Mr McGinnes was appointed an inaugural board member of McCormack Housing (formerly known as Housing with Conviction) in 2015. He has also been a member of the ACSO Finance, Risk and Audit Committee since 2014.  He is a partner with accounting firm Romanis Cant, where he has been since 2002, specialising in business services, taxation and forensic accounting.
Rob Leslie

Rob Leslie

B.V.Sc.(Hons), Churchill Fellow, GAICD.

Rob was Chief Executive Officer of Yarra Community Housing (now Unison Housing) from 2000-2015 and has extensive experience within the Victorian community housing sector. He has a particular interest in the design and development of new social housing projects. Rob is a Director of several other not-for-profit organisations and currently works as a consultant in the area of social housing.

Andrew Chadwick

Andrew Chadwick

Appointed to the Board in 2014, Mr Chadwick is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He has been a member of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee since 2009 and was appointed Chair of the Committee in March 2014.  He is a financial consultant, following 12 years with BHP as a Senior Manager in Group Reporting, which included six years with responsibility for external financial reporting.
Previously he was with accounting firm KPMG, as a Partner for 12 years in the assurance and advisory services division. Mr Chadwick first became involved with ACSO in 2001 when he was engaged to provide financial consulting advice.
Karen Corry

Karen Corry

Karen Corry is a chartered accountant and over her career has specialised in delivering strategic transformational programs enabled by digital technology. Prior to running her own business Delta Management Consulting, Karen was a partner at KPMG, and worked globally across a number of industries including health, government, transport, manufacturing and mining. Karen is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a non-executive director at Peninsula Health, Holmesglen Institute, ACMI, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image and Global Health Ltd.

Our team look after all our housing related services including tenancy and property management as well as community development.
